Miss Korea Skin Products Refund Policy

Consumers are entitled to a refund or replacement if a Miss Korea product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.

Major Problem

If a Miss Korea skin product has a major problem, such as causing an allergic reaction (not indicated on the packaging) or being significantly different from its description, the consumer can choose either a refund or replacement.

No Refund Scenarios

  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if the consumer simply changes their mind.

  • Misuse: Refunds are not provided if the skin product was misused in a way that caused the problem.
